FAQ about Agents
1. What is a NeighborLink Agent?  A NeighborLink Agent sells and manages the services that NeighborLink provides.

2. What NeighborLink services would be available for me to sell as an agent?  There are (3) three opportunities for an agent to generate revenues, Memberships, Merchant contracts and Fundraising Drives.

3. As an Agent will I be an employee of NeighborLink? No, Agents are contractors that earn revenue from NeighborLink. You will be responsible for reporting the revenue you earn from NeighborLink for any and all tax requirements.

4. Do I as an Agent have a set work schedule?  No, Since your generated revenues are based on the registrations you are able to secure, the work schedule is determined by the agent depending on the amount of opportunities you are able to sell.

5. Do I need to purchase a territory? No. As long as NeighborLink has authorized and active territory you are free to promote and sell registrations within that territory at no cost to you.

6. Do I need to purchase a distributorship?  No investments is needed to become an agent. Sales and marketing material will be made available. If you wish to make business cards to promote your association with NeighborLink you are free to do so upon approval by NeighborLink.

7. What costs are covered by NeighborLink? Since the agent is a contractor and not an actual employee, NeighborLink does not compensate for expenses incurred by agents.  

8. How often does NeighborLink pay out to Agents?  The process to register a Member, Merchant or Fundraising Organization takes 3 to 5 business days. Upon completion of this process agents are credited with the account and revenues are paid Bi-Weekly

9. What is the revenue structure?  This information is outlined in the Agent contract (Please see Agent Contract)
