FAQ about Merchants
1. What benefit would my company get from NeighborLink? Obviously a venue that funnels patronage to our merchants is a significant benefit. As well, NeighborLink has created its program based on the community working together “unity”, allowing the members of the community to work together for the prosperity and growth of its future. That is why our Merchant participants are mentioned regularly throughout the NeighborLink program in acknowledgement of their support in the local community to achieve that goal.

2. How does NeighborLink drive business to my establishment? NeighborLink takes the offerings you submit and provide and advertise them in numerous ways to our members. Our members are able to access your offerings without limitation so they frequent out website to keep current of what exactly you wish to offer. If selecting Tier participation you are able to edit your on web page on our site to whatever stock over flow, specials or seasonal opportunities you can provide. This is unmatched in the industry.

3. What is the difference between NeighborLink and print media? We didn’t stop at print media, the NeighborLink program is unique in every way: Tiers of participation, Merchant access to their own web page to maximize the sales potential of their supplies, community involvement and recognition, each merchant will also have member privileges and if you decide to participate in the tier offerings you initial start up fee is credited toward and finalized agreement.

4. Can my company be listed outside my immediate area? Yes, the Tier levels we have created allow for many options of participation to fit your needs.

5. As a Merchant do I receive the same benefits as Members do? Yes, for as long as your merchant agreement is active.

6. Is there an initial or start up cost?  Yes, a one time $95.00 set-up fee which would be credited to Tier participation if you elected to do so.

7. Is there a monthly fee? No, unless the Merchant chooses to use one of the NeighborLink Tier level marketing campaigns. Those fees are calculated on a case by case basis as well as the areas of coverage requested.

8. What are Marketing Campaigns? Marketing Campaigns are advanced strategies “TIERS” used by NeighborLink to help Merchants promote their goods and services throughout the NeighborLink Network.
 
9. Do I have to use a campaign or can I stay listed with just my start-up fee? Campaigns are optional and are designed to promote your business, but if you decide not to take advantage of them, you will not incur any other costs beyond the start-up fee.
